Constância, Poem village

Travelling to Ribatejo, in the center of Portugal, Constância is must go village.
In the meeting point of Tagus and Zezere rivers, this small village is set in a beautiful landscape to contrast with it's sixteenth century white old houses.
An affordable, central and cosy place to stay is Casa João Chagas right in the middle and just by the river. A great restaurant to have a meal is Dom José Pinhão, with traditional food with a different twist.

We did a day tour of Mumbai with Reality Tours and it was really good. They take you to the real city, not the one you can see anywhere in the world, but the one where real people live and struggle to get a better life. A must do if you are in Mumbai.

Damme canal, just around the corner from Bruges

If you are going to Bruges do not miss the boat tour in the Damme canal.
An old Mississippi like boat, you get to see the canal and the windmill, as well as the little lovely hamlet.

Good dine in t'Gulden Vlies

We had dinner in this restaurant, that was close to our B&B.
It had two set menus that were really good value for the good food. The hostess was very sympathetic and the atmosphere very cosy. A good small restaurant near the Burg.
